As property managers, we have an obligation and responsibility to our owners to care for and maintain the property selected by our tenants.
Our maintenance staff is available to respond to maintenance requests and repairs as required. Our services are supported by additional local contractors as needed. Someone is on 24-hour call to respond to after-hour emergencies. Non-emergency maintenance service requests can be faxed, e-mailed or phoned into our office.
Tenants receive a Tenant Handbook upon signing a lease. The handbook details information about tenant responsibilities. It provides the tenant with a source of information for routine maintenance and answers to questions that may arise during the tenancy.
